Hackleman, a.k.a. The Pitmaster as he brings you through three grueling
workouts. These workouts have been developed to exhaust your physical
capabilities in a very short period of time. Maxing out both your
physical and anaerobic capabilities will enable you to go all out for
20 minutes. Build powerful striking power and reaction time while
practicing punch/kick combinations that are used on a daily basis by
professionals everywhere. The Pit Workout combines old school
training, attitude, power and discipline with cutting edge scientific
and result-orientated techniques.
Workout One:
Pit Chelsey-Includes Bag work, medicine balls, pushups and punch kick combinations.
Workout Two:
Building Bag Lines-Max out punch kick combinations followed by isolated Tabatas.
Workout Three:
The Alves-Push-Ups, Squats, Twists, Punches, Head Kicks, Clean Jerks, Bag Slams followed by Tabatas.
DVD Extras:
include punch kick combinations that when practiced and utilized
properly will give you the dexterity and skills of today's elite mixed
martial arts athletes.
