In addition to the set, Ms. Liang discloses the hidden fighting applications behind the movements. Helen Liang is the daughter of grandmaster Liang Shouyu, recognised as the main successor of Emie snake fist. She began her training at age 4, and has captured numerous gold medals in China and her performance of snake fist won great praise at the 1994 international martial arts festival in Shanghai, China.
